FUNCTIONS OF THE BOARD OF FUNERAL SERVICES

The Funeral Directors and Establishments Act establishes a self-governing body to administer the Act and regulate the practices of funeral directors, transfer service operators, funeral service establishments and transfer services in accordance with the Act and the Regulations in order that the public interest may be served and protected.
